Our office is committed to preventing dental disease, which not only keeps you in good health, but also eliminates the need for costly corrective work in the future. We also believe in promoting good dental health by teaching our patients the best ways of caring for their teeth and gums.

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and maintain your continued patronage and confidence. Our trained professional staff works as a team to make your visits comfortable and pleasant. We are committed to staying informed on all the newest advances and techniques occurring in dentistry today. We are always attending educational courses throughout the year.  Dr. Palliser attends continuing eduation courses all over the world.  Please feel free to ask us any questions you have concerning your current or future treatment. An informed patient is our best defense in fighting dental disease.

Protecting Your Health
For your protection against infectious diseases, our office uses the most up-to-date procedures for sterilization and infection control. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our procedures and your health and safety.

Appointment Time Control
Dr. Palliser and his staff are known for respecting our patients’ time by being on time!  In today’s busy world, promptness is an important factor to both the patient and the doctor. In an effort to keep our schedule of patients running at a most efficient pace, we ask that you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early, if possible. This will allow you to give us any updated information concerning your address, insurance information, health, etc. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We require at least 24-hours notice if you must change an appointment. This allows our other patients to fill your open time slot for treatment they require. As a courtesy to you, we try to remind you of your appointment 2 days prior to your scheduled visit. Therefore, we will bill you for failing to keep an appointment, emergencies not withstanding.

Preventive Recall Visits
Because regular preventive care is the key to maintaining good dental health, we will remind you when it is time for your regular return visit. We encourage our patients to schedule their next recare appointments in advance.  Please remember that it is your benefit to follow prescribed daily care and to return for your appointments.

Patient Emergency Service
Because emergencies do occur and treatment should not be delayed, our office does offer current patients of record emergency service. Call us as soon as you suspect that you need to see us.

Referral Program
Our practice has grown from "word of mouth."  In appreciation for your continued faith in our office, we offer a 7% discount to patients who refer new families to our office. This discount is good for one person per household and may be used at any time on one procedure for your maximum benefit within the next 2 years of that referral.
