Have you ever wanted to ask your health care provider who they see for their health care? I am a dentist. After seeing the excellent care Dr. Palliser had provided his patients, I asked him if he would provide dental care for my family and myself. Dr. Palliser agreed to accept us as patients in his practice. I have since discovered that he provides dental care for other dentists and their families. That says it all; Dr. Palliser, the dentists’ dentist. Paul had to place two crowns in my mouth over the past few years. (Recommendation: Do not eat popcorn or chew ice!) The necessary procedures couldn’t have gone easier! (His crowns are holding up nicely even now when tested by chewing ice. Some habits are hard to give up.) Seriously, even when a dentist is the patient and climbs into the dental chair, they experience the same apprehension as everyone else does. In my case, it stems from my experiences with dental care received as a child. Well, now my apprehension dissipates almost immediately after Paul and his staff enter the operatory. Their friendliness always puts me at ease. And to me, most important of all, the dental work has always been excellent.

Our family has been receiving our dental care from Dr. Paul for about 20 years. The entire staff is always friendly and polite. Everyone there is genuinely concerned about our entire family’s well-being.
Paul has given excellent referrals to us when we needed further dental care as well. Whether it was time for the kids’ orthodontics, their wisdom teeth to be extracted, or for myself to have a tooth removed and replaced with an implant, he knows the best professionals in the area. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and where he would recommend the work to be done.
I am especially grateful for the extra care and concern that the staff exhibits when working with my husband, who is wheelchair-bound. They are very aware of his comfort level and work to accommodate his needs while he is at their office for an appointment.
I would recommend Paul Palliser and his staff to any family looking for quality dental care in the Cary area!

My family has had the pleasure of having Dr. Palliser as our dentist for the past 23 years. He is the only dentist we have seen since moving to this community!
While going to the dentist is not everyone’s idea of fun, the office staff always welcomes you and makes the visit more enjoyable. His staff is awesome at scheduling appointments! It’s a rare occasion to sit in the waiting area. This demonstrates to me a respect for my time and for my appointment.
Dr. Palliser is professional and readily discusses options to your dental care. He wants to be sure you understand and agree with your dental care plan. Dr. Palliser and his staff definitely enjoy their jobs and interacting with their patients. You will feel it in the air the minute you walk in the door.
We can’t imagine going to any other dentist for our family’s care!

It’s been 10 years since we were referred to Dr. Palliser, and even though we don’t live in Cary anymore, we still take the drive back for our dental needs! Dr. Palliser and his staff are friendly, efficient and more than willing to help in any way that they can. Thanks to Dr. Palliser and his staff for always taking great care of our family! We highly recommend them.

For the past 18 years, our family has gone to Dr. Palliser’s office. It would have been way cheaper for us to choose a dentist in our insurance’s in-network plan. However, I couldn’t put a price on dental trust and confidence. I trust Dr. Palliser’s skill and expertise, and I am confident that he has our family’s best dental needs at heart.
Our family also has seen Dr. Palliser all these years because quite frankly, I appreciate that he’s a perfectionist. He wants to be the best for his patients. I know this because he stays current and connected with dental conferences and monthly group meetings with other local dentists and specialists. This benefits me because it means he is up-to-date on the latest technology and procedures, but it also means that he has a solid reference base. For example, my husband needed a root canal. Even though Dr. Palliser could have done the root canal, he instead referred my husband to a specialist. To me, it meant that Dr. Palliser puts his patients before his ego. Yes, he could have competently done the root canal. But, he wanted to make sure my husband got the procedure done with technology and precision that he felt would be best obtained from a specialist. And as I said, I appreciate that he’s a perfectionist. When I accidentally chipped off a chunk from my front tooth, Dr. Palliser made sure that his fix looked natural.
Along with perfectionist tendencies, he’s punctual. I remember that he told me that he appreciates his patients’ time, and therefore he tries to be on time and expects his patients to arrive on time for their appointments so as to not inconvenience later patients. This means I spend little time in the waiting room. But when I do wait, I’m usually talking with his friendly and caring staff.
Bottom line – Dr. Palliser is not in our insurance network, which means he costs more for our family to be his patients, but we find he’s worth it.

I have been going to Dr. Palliser for a long time and needed extensive work done to my teeth. The doctor and his office staff were absolutely the best I’ve ever been to, including my teenage kids at the time. He was caring, empathetic, pain-free and very knowledgeable about many things. This helped take doubts away from your mind while he was doing his job. His staff was very accommodating and even helped me with payment arrangements for all of my very involved work. I miss him now that I am living in Nevada. It’s just not the same, and building trust is not easy. I trust Dr. Palliser with my family, and wish I was able to fly to Illinois always for my dental work! Excellent doctor! Best in the area.
About the hygienists: all staff, regardless of whom, are AWESOME! Excellent!
